Establish a provenance-checked chronology of Chicago-area winged humanoid reports beginning in 2011 and distinguish independently reported encounters from later retellings or duplicate reports.
A source, research note, or further-reading link closes this question when staff accept it. Evidence and corrections stay attached for staff and do not close it by themselves.
