The Levelland UFO Case is one of the most significant mass-witness UFO incidents of the 1950s. During the night of November 2-3, 1957, numerous motorists near Levelland, Texas reported encounters with a glowing object that allegedly caused vehicle engines and headlights to fail. After the object departed, the vehicles reportedly resumed operation. The multiple independent reports and apparent mechanical effects made the case a major subject of Project Blue Book investigation.
